Newtownabbey Development Centre this year decided to make fitness one of their focus areas for their P6/7 development squad. We all know how important it is to maintain a good level of fitness, and that is never more true when playing football and being able to last the whole match, especially having the ability to hold on to a lead in the last 15minutes or coming from behind to win in the last minutes.
